Iranian director Maryam Dousti’s latest movie ‘Fish Lake’ focusing on the Sacred Defense is ready to hit Iran's big screen.
According to the film’s media advisor, the film is now ready to be officially presented to the public.
The film that was screened for the first time at the non-competitive section of the 35th Fajr Film Festival, depicts events related to the Iraq imposed war on Iran with a fresh perspective.
As Dousti’s first feature movie, ‘Fish Lake’ follows the story of a number of families coming together after the Iraq-Iran war.
Nader Fallah, Setareh Eskandari, Laleh Eskandari, Roham Tadrisi, Hadiseh Tehrani, Mojtaba Pirzadeh, Ali Dehkordi and Afshin Hashemi star in the movie.
